Mordeer Return Policy
Mordeer accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, unless the unit is defective or an incorrect unit was received. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Mordeer does not accept returns on products that have been used. All returns are subject to review and can be declined in poor condition.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Approved returns will get a confirmation email with a shipping label. Once the return is received and confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price in 1-2 business days.

To return products purchased from Mordeer.com, please complete the following steps:
1. Submit the form below. Our team will respond with return authorization information, including a return shipping label which allows tracking, within 48 hours.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Mordeer packaging. Attach the shipping label to the box.
Please note:
- Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
- Please allow up to 1 week for return processing and refund after the returned product is received.
- Unused products in original packaging returned to Mordeer will receive a full refund.
- Units that have been installed and show signs of use, for example, if water has been run through the unit, or units with parts missing, will be charged restocking fee.
