The shipping cost of Mordeer bidets is free of charge when ordering on Mordeer.com. Orders received will usually ship in 1-2 business days. Exceptions may apply for any order which requires additional review for various reasons. Transit time varies depending on the customer proximity to the warehouses and where inventory is available. Free standard shipping normally takes 6-8 business days.
If no one is home when your order is delivered, you will generally receive a card from the courier with further instructions. Please note due to size restrictions, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

The shipping cost of 2-day shipping is $8.99 when ordering on Mordeer.com for select zip codes. Eligibility varies by location of item and the shipping address zip code. Orders will usually ship the same day or the next business day. It might take additional days on Saturday-Sunday, or on public holidays.
On acceptance of orders, Mordeer will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. Mordeer will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, Mordeer may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability. Mordeer only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states, cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and cannot guarantee scheduled delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.
