Easy Assembly, but Parts Are Hidden Away

Assembly itself is indeed very simple �C just click the cable into place. However, when I first opened the box, I nearly requested a return �C I searched through every piece of packaging and couldn't find the indicator or any accessories, so I thought they were missing. After contacting customer support, they patiently reminded me to check the manual, and I finally discovered that everything was tucked away inside a metal cover on the back of the scale platform. It took two of us to flip the heavy platform over to access them. If the manufacturer would just put a large, clear label on the front saying "Accessories are in the rear compartment," it would save a lot of hassle.

Shipping Damage Left a Small Dent, But Weighing Is Still Accurate

The packaging was solid overall, but it looks like the courier might have dropped it along the way. One corner of the platform got dented, with some paint chipped off and a slight bend. However, after testing it on the scale, the readings are still dead accurate. The paint finish actually looks great in terms of color and texture��it's just a shame about that cosmetic flaw. Since it doesn't affect core functionality, I decided to keep it. I'll give it three stars for now and will follow up after using it for a while.

Consistent Readings Across the Entire Platform

When I received the unit, there was a 1 lb weight deviation. After contacting customer support, they explained that slight discrepancies can occur due to differences in latitude and altitude, and that recalibration would fix it. After recalibrating, I tested a 200 lb test weight in the center and then moved it to each corner��the readings were consistent across all positions. Four stars for good performance.
